Do you have indoor storage facilities at Hidden Acres Boat & RV Storage?

No – Hidden Acres is a large outdoor storage facility.

Do you offer RV or Boat winterizing, maintenance, cleaning or polishing services?

No, but we can provide a list of service providers.

Do I need to sign a lease with Hidden Acres RV & Boat Storage?

Yes. Whether renting on a month-to-month basis or a Winter Special, Hidden Acres requires a signed lease agreement. The agreement provides owner and RV/Boat details along with storage terms and conditions.

What type of documentation do I need to provide when dropping off or picking up my RV or boat?

  • When dropping off your unit, we will photocopy government-issued photo ID and proof of insurance.
  • When picking up your unit, we will need to see government-issued ID (ie. Drivers License, or Passport)

What security features are in place?

  • We have security measures in place to make you feel comfortable leaving your RV or Boat at our site.
  • Motion activated camera surveillance and recording systems are in place.
  • Locked gate with access via Hidden Acres staff only.

What types of vehicles can be stored at Hidden Acres?

  • All motor homes, boats, seadoos, recreational vehicles, automobiles, and trailers.
  • Please ask if you have other storage needs which are suitable for outdoor storage.

Do you shrink wrap boats and seadoos?

Yes. We hire a professional mobile service to wrap boats on the Hidden Acres site. See the Boat page for details. (We only provide shrink wrapping services for boats and sea-doos to be stored at Hidden Acres.)

Do I need insurance?

Yes. Insurance is the customer’s responsibility. Hidden Acres RV & Boat Storage does not insure the customer’s vehicle or other property. Insurance is required on all stored RVs and Boats.

How do I make a payment?

E-transfer to [email protected] is preferred.

Cheques or cash payments can be mailed or delivered to: Hidden Acres c/o 165 Montgomery Park Road, Carleton Place, ON K7C 3P1.

How can I access my RV or boat at Hidden Acres RV & Boat Storage?

You can access your stored unit by appointment with Hidden Acres staff. Units cannot be removed during winter storage periods after snow accumulation.
